How much does virtual home staging cost?

- Virtual home staging using a 3D model costs 89 euros including 2 change requests per room.

​

- Virtual home staging based on image editing costs 69 euros including 2 change requests per image. 

​

- The visualization of an outdoor area is charged at 199 euros per view including 2 change requests.

Can items such as furniture, decorations, etc. be removed from photos? 

​

- Yes, that is possible. If you already have attractive photos of a property but would like to remove existing items on it, we can do this.

What documents do you need for virtual home staging? 

​

- For virtual home staging using a 3D model, we need a floor plan or a sketch with dimensions, a furniture plan and one or two photos of the location. 

​

- With virtual home staging using image editing, we only need the images to be edited.

​

​

Do the images have to have a certain resolution to be editable? 

​

- The best results are achieved with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels and above. 

​

I received the visualizations/images, but I requested a change. Is that possible? 

​

- Yes, that is possible. Two revisions are included per room/per image. Any further change requests will be charged at 29 euros per room/per picture.

Can I use the visualizations/images on my homepage and/or social media? 

​

- You can use the visualizations/images from your order for advertising purposes or other publications on the platform of your choice at no additional cost.
